Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

Contact our support team at hookcomfort1999@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as agreed for cash-on-delivery orders.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
